Cody&Branch8.jpg

Meet Cody and Branch, a bonded pair of handsome, long haired dachshunds who are looking for their forever home. They have been together for almost 3 years and must find a new home because their human mom has recently passed away. They are bonded and will need to stay together!

Cody is a neutered brown and grey male about 7 years old and weighing about 11 pounds. He loves to go on long walks and explore. He is independent and also very happy to cuddle and can spend the day sleeping in the sun with his brother, Branch.

Branch is a 3+ year old black dachshund weighing about 12 pounds. He is happiest when he is with his people or his brother, Cody, and wants very much to please. He loves to be outside and go on long walks, and will chase his bigger, foster siblings all over the yard.

Both boys are great on leash, crate trained and house broken –Cody will tell you when he needs to go out, and you should listen. In foster they spend the night in their crates and with their mom would snuggle in bed. They understand basic commands and will come when called. They enjoy being brushed, and eating their dental chews when you have dinner.

Branch and Cody are being fostered by a family member and have adapted well to their new surroundings and their foster family’s three larger dogs. They are very happy and easy kids who will bring you laughs and love.

We are looking for a home with no other dogs, no small children and hopefully a fenced in yard.

Coming Soon

The following dogs are currently being evaluated and will hopefully be available for adoption shortly.
