Thank you for choosing to adopt a new member of your family! Our goal is to find the best fit for all of our dogs because adopting a dog is a LIFE LONG commitment.

We carefully screen all applicants, conduct home visits and do  meet and greets to ensure that all members of the family get along harmoniously. We do follow up with the families to see how everyone is adjusting.  We love updates, photos, stories of adventures, great and small. They will always be part of the Furry Angels Family.

All dogs are micro chipped, spayed/neutered and up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines prior to placement.

 

Here's what we need:

• Fill out an application below, if approved we will contact you. ​

• Background check is done with vet, must have 2 references.

• Once the adoption application is approved, we schedule a home visit. All members of the household MUST be present.

• A meet and greet is required, If you have another dog,must be present at that time.

• We are unable to adopt to potential adopters in apartments or condo's, dachshunds are very vocal. While this may be upsetting for some, we will not fail our dogs and have them returned. Thank you
